Tablespoons oat groats or 2 Tablespoons steel cut oats 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter 3 1 ⁄4 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt ⁄4 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries and sliced strawberries) 1 1 1 ⁄2 cups frozen blueberries ⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon sugar 3 cups baby spinach leaves 1 1 ⁄2 cups crushed ice DIRECTIONS: DIRECTIONS: 1. Soak oats in orange juice overnight 1. Cook oatmeal as directed on package, omitting salt. 2. Combine ingredients and blend. You will have to blend twice. 2. Spoon into bowl 3. Serve immediately. 3.
