Located in the southern part of the popular Kissimmee area of Orlando and next to the beautiful Lake Marion, Tuscany Preserve is a gated community of 500 homes. Facilities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool and tennis courts. Feltrim is building 2 bedroom villas along with 3 & 4 bedroom townhomes. Units are all quite spacious and well laid out. Tuscany Preserve is particularly attractive as a buy-to-rent and capital appreciation investment due to the substantial new infrastructure coming to the area over the next two years, including new toll roads and a commuter rail station connecting the area to Downtown Orlando.
