It’s either you love or hate Deadmau5. But, at EDMDaycare, we live for him. Deadmau5 is a legend whether or not you want to believe it. From inventing a sound that is a staple in EDM and the development of it. Who doesn’t know Deadmau5? Well, Monophobia just released and guess who is on the vocals? . Deadmau5 And Rob Swire team up in the masterpiece ‘Monophobia.’

And if you didn’t know, Monophobia is defined as the fear of being alone.

Deadmau5 and Rob Swire in Monophobia

Special shout out to Directors Nick DenBoer & for making one of the most colorful, warped music video I’ve ever seen in my life. It has been about 10 years since Deadmau5 and Rob Swire have collaborated on the same track and making up for lost time, the track sounds incredible. But, what’s with the video?

G-Mods, Porta Potty People and Deadmau5 MTV Cribs… Kinda

Many people are wondering WTF when they saw all the ads on Youtube and the actual video. In my opinion, I thought the video was genius. It was one of the most engaging things I’ve seen in my 24 years of existence.

Sure, they are a bunch of trippy things in the video and a porta potty person, but the video is unique af. The video was shot in Joel Zimmerman’s house and showed the interior in a warped way. Granted, there are so many things coming happening in the video, you just have to let it happen. We have so many questions. Will we ever get it answered?

You can find ‘Monophobia’ on Deadmau5 new album mau5ville: level 1 which is a MUST listen. What did you think of the music video? How did you like the song? Tell the Edm Daycare team in the comments below and…
