Zoals vereist door artikel 6.3 van de « Regulations on Working with Intermediaries » van FIFA bevestigt de KBVB dat, uit de informatie overgemaakt door de clubs aangesloten bij de KBVB, blijkt dat alle betalingen aan tussenpersonen uitgevoerd worden door de Belgische clubs, zelfs in deze gevallen waarin de tussenpersoon opgetreden is voor de betrokken speler en niet voor de club in kwestie betrokken bij de desbetreffende transactie. Het totale geconsolideerde bedrag van betalingen verricht door clubs aangesloten bij de KBVB aan tussenpersonen in de periode van 1 april 2018 tot en met 31 maart 2019 bedraagt derhalve EUR 48.656.896,91.
