In this department are four divisions: band, choral, reading, and art. The highlight of the band year is the U.I.L. contest in April. The choir presents many enjoyable concerts and, for the first time, the Senior members will re ceive jackets. The library is necessary to the school because of its facilities needed for long hours of study. Last, but not least, is art in which a student ex presses his creative talents. ORVILLE A. KELLY E.
