WILL the Minister for Finance be pleased to state: (a) the annual budget allotted to each Head/Department under the Annual Financial Statement, amount of budget utilized, unutilized and amount surrendered for the Financial Years 2016-17 to 2018- 19 with details year-wise of each Department (b) the reasons for non-utilization/surrender of unutilized funds under the Budget Heads/Departments; and (c) the steps taken by the Government for maximum utilization of allocated budgets and minimize non-utilization of funds or mismanagement of budgeted funds as observed in the CAG Reports? SHRI JAYESH SALGAONKAR CASES REGISTERED BY CRIME BRANCH 2. WILL the Minister for Home be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases registered by Crime Branch, Economic Cell and Cyber Cell for the last three years with details such as name of accused and section invoked; (b) the number of cases charge sheeted and closed; (c) the number of cases in which accused were convicted and the number of accused discharged or acquitted; and (d) the number of cases still under trial? SHRI JAYESH SALGAONKAR BUDGET ALLOTTED FOR DIFFERENT SCHEMES 3. WILL the Minister for Finance be pleased to state: (a) the annual budget allotted for Griha Adhaar Scheme with beneficiaries till date, inflation compensatory financial assistance per month and expenditure incurred till date for the current Financial Year; (b) the annual budget allotted for DSS Scheme with beneficiaries till date, financial assistance (Pension) per month and expenditure incurred till date for the current Financial Year; (c) the annual budget allotted for Laadli Laxmi Scheme with beneficiaries till date and expenditure incurred till date for the current Financial Year; (d) the annual budget allotted for Kamdhenu Scheme with beneficiaries till date, financial assistance till date and expenditure incurred till date for the current Financial Year; and (e) the annual budget allotted for Cyberage Scheme with beneficiary students till date, year-wise expenditure till date from 2016 and expenditure incurred till date for the current Financial Year and number of beneficiaries this current year? WILL the Minister for Finance be pleased to state: (a) the Plan and Non-plan Revenue and Capital budget allocated under Annual Financial Statement for Financial Years. 2016-17 to 2018- 19; (b) the actual or un-audited Revenue and Capital Plan budget utilized for Financial Years. 2016-17 to 2018-19; (c) the amount of State Tax and Non-Tax Revenue collected for the Financial Year 2018-19 and month-wise details for first 3 quarter of current Financial Year; (d) the receipts of share in Taxes from Centre for FY 2018-19 and Central Grants for FY 2018-19; and (e) the month-wise details of the amount of GST collected for FY 2018-19 and for first 3 quarter of current Financial Year? SHRI JAYESH SALGAONKAR STATE PUBLIC DEBT 5. WILL the Minister for Finance be pleased to state: (a) the total accumulated State Public Debt as on 31st March, 2018, 31st March 2019 and till date; (b) the State GDP (at current prices and constant prices) as on 31st March, 2018 and 31st March, 2019; (c) the accumulated State Public Debt as on 31st March 2019 till date with category-wise details such as Central Government, Market Loans and other Financial Institutions/Banks/Agencies; (d) the accumulated State GPF as on date or upto 31st March 2018 and 31st March 2019; (e) the securities auctioned through RBI for raising Infrastructure Funds and other borrowings during the Financial Year 2018-19 and during current Financial Year till date; and (f) the Ways and Means availed from RBI during the Financial Year 2018-19 and current Financial Year till date? SHRI RAMKRISHNA DHAVALIKAR CASH ASSIGNMMENT FROM FINANCE DEPARTMENT 6. WILL the Minister for Public Works be pleased to state: (a) the month wise details of cash assignment received from Finance Department for the following Divisions: (i) PWD Works (Capital) (Division wise); (ii) PWD Works (Revenue) (Division wise); (iii) other Department Works (Division wise); (iv) ST Department Works (Division wise); (v) Tourism (Division wise); and (vi) Other (Division wise)? SHRI RAMKRISHNA DHAVALIKAR SETTING UP OF GOA MUSEUM 7. WILL the Minister for Museums be pleased to state: (a) whether the area provided for Goa Museum is sufficient; (b) if not, details of the Governments intention for setting up the Goa Museum; and (c) the present status of the same? SHRI RAMKRISHNA DHAVALIKAR EXPENDITURE SANCTIONED BY FINANCE DEPARTMENT 8. WILL the Minister for Public Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of works for which expenditure sanctioned is issued by Finance Department during the years 2017-18, 2018-19 till date; (b) the name of the works, amount sanctioned and date of sanction; and (c) the details of work orders issued to contractors during the years 2017- 18, 2018-19 till date with name of the works, amount of work order, date of work order and date of completion? SHRI RAMKRISHNA DHAVALIKAR BUDGET PROVISION 9. WILL the Minister for Finance be pleased to state: (a) the Budget provision for all the Departments in the State for the year 2019-20; (b) the department wise details under (i) Capital Head and (ii) Revenue Head; (c) the expenditure of each department under Capital Head and Revenue Head separately as on 31/12/2019; (d) month wise cash assignment issued to each department on all Heads; and (e) the percentage of expenditure under Capital Head and also Revenue Head in each Department ? SHRI RAMKRISHNA DHAVALIKAR INTEREST PAID TO THE STOCK HOLDERS 10. WILL the Minister for Finance be pleased to state: (a) the details of repayment of the State Government stocks including month wise interest paid to the stock holders for the years 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 till date; and (b) the month wise rate of interest and interest amount paid? SHRI RAMKRISHNA DHAVALIKAR DEMOLITION OF MUSEUM BUILDING 11. WILL the Minister for Museums be pleased to state: (a) whether the existing Museum Building at Patto is demolished; (b) if so the cost of demolishing of the building; (c) the intention of the Government regarding the above space; (d) whether the Government will construct a new Museum building on the same place; and (e) the area of the plot at Patto and the market valuation of the plot as on date? SHRI VINODA PALIENCAR COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST RELIANCE JIO 12. WILL the Minister for Vigilance be pleased to state: (a) whether any complaints have been filed against Reliance Jio with the Vigilance Department from 1st March, 2016 till date; (b) if so, the details the complaints filed along with copies of complaints and all the supporting documents; and (c) the details of the action initiated by the Department thereon?     A BRIEF REPORT OF THE BUSINESS TRANSACTED DURING THE FIFTEENTH SESSION (28TH, 29THAND 30TH JULY 2021) OF THE SEVENTH LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF GOA GOA LEGISLATURE SECRETARIAT PORVORIM-GOA 2021 1 PREFACE This booklet contains statistical information of the business transacted by the Seventh Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa during its Fifteenth Session, which was held from 28th, 29th, and 30th July 2021. Governor of Goa vide Order dated the 28th June, 2021, summoned the Fifteenth Session of the Seventh Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa, which commenced on 28th July 2021, at 11 30 AM at the Assembly Hall, Porvorim, Goa. The National Anthem was played at the commencement of the Session. The August House had a duration of 72 hours and 15 minutes during its 3 sittings which was held during the period from 28th, 29th, and 30th July 2021. 2. SUBHEDAR SECRETARY, LEGISLATURE 3 RESUME OF THE BUSINESS TRANSACTED BY THE SEVENTH LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF GOA DURING ITS SIXTH SESSION HELD ON 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31 JULY, 2018, 1, 2 AND 3 AUGUST, 2018 1. INTRODUCTION In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, Dr. Smt.Mridula Sinha, the Hon. Governor of Goa, vide Order dated the 15th June, 2018, summoned the Sixth Session of the Seventh Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa, which commenced on the 19th July, 2018, at 11 30 AM at the Assembly Hall, Porvorim, Goa. The National Anthem was played at the commencement of the Session. The August House had a duration of 82 hours and 15 minutes, during its 12 sittings, which was held on 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31 July, 2018, 1, 2 and 3 August, 2018.
