In the event that a rule is not addressed by the MAC Baseball Sport Operating Code, NCAA Rules shall apply. Please review the Code and keep this Code accessible as a reference throughout the season. Game Balls The Rawlings R1-NCAA and R200 are the only approved game balls for MAC competition. Scouting / Exchange No in person scouting of advance opponents is permitted, per NCAA Rules. There is an exception for Tournaments at the same site under the same designation (e.g., MAC Tournament). Pre-Game Protocols Please note the pre-game protocols outlined in the Sport Operating Code, attached. Travel Squad The Travel Squad limit for MAC competition is 27 participating student-athletes (excluding one spring trip – no limit).
