Announcement: Luxembourg Open Air (“LOA”) Festival 2020 will be postponed to 24 and 25 April 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

In light of the continuously increasing COVID-19 infections in Luxembourg over the past 3 weeks, the LOA organization has decided to postpone the music festival LOA from 12 and 13 September 2020 to 24 and 25 April 2021 in order to guarantee the health and safety of the visitors, artists and staff at LOA.

The LOA Festival in April 2021 will host the same Line-Up and headliners which were scheduled for September 2020. These include Quintino, Michael Calfan, , Danko, Smack and Iceleak. More information on the first phase headliners performing at LOA in April 2021 can be found at the end of this document. In addition, all the amenities will remain unchanged, visitors will have the same experience they were supposed to have in September.

All the already purchased tickets will remain valid for LOA on the 24 and 25 April 2021. In case visitors have already purchased tickets for LOA but won’t be able to attend the edition in April 2021, they have the option of changing the name on the ticket until 31.12.2020. The attributed procedures can be found in the FAQ section on www.loa-festival.com. For those who haven’t purchased any tickets yet, ticket sales for the 24 and 25 April 2021 are open at www.loa- festival.com as well.

The whole team has been working incredibly hard over the past months and was convinced LOA could take place in September. However, in light of recent developments, maintaining the festival was no longer possible, nor responsible. The health and safety of everyone at LOA is and always has been the top priority of the entire organization. The team will now focus their whole effort on making sure that LOA can open the festival season in April with an absolute Bang!

The entire LOA organization would like to thank all the visitors which have already purchased tickets as well as its private, institutional and governmental partners for their continued support. They are an existential contributor to creating a new musical experience in the heart of Luxembourg city.

LOA 2021 “Season Opening” Phase 1 Line Up

Known as a highly talented Dutch DJ and producer, Quintino has become one of the leading forces in the global dance music scene today. Working with legendary names like Tiësto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki, and , this is an artist who gets his career boosted year by year. This year we are proud to say that Quintino has yet again climbed up in the Top100djs poll for the fifth year in a row and now places 25th. In previous years, his rankings have been at: #86(2014), #80 (2015), #32 (2016) , #30 (2017).

Michael Calfan’s talents as a producer and DJ were discovered by Bob Sinclar a few years ago and he has hasn’t stopped producing since. His track “Resurrection”s signed to Axtone, the well-regarded record label by house superstar Axwell, had worldwide success and spent over a month holding the #1 spot on the Top 100. Now catapulted onto the international scene, Michael Calfan has been recognized by the most important DJ’s in the world as one of the most promising artists of his generation.

Rising star Justin Mylo, real name Emilio Justin Behr, is only 23 years old. He developed his very own sound and got to share it with the world in the year of 2016. His collaboration with , ‘Bouncy Bob’, became a big dance floor banger which got support all over the world from the biggest names in the scene.

At only 18 years of age, rising Italian electronic music producer and DJ Danko (a.k.a. Samuel Gori) has already proven himself ‘one to watch’. Supported by the likes of Tiesto, Alan Walker and Hardwell and releasing on legendary imprints including Astralwerks, Dharma and Spinnin’ Records, the teenager increasingly tours the world and features in the set lists of the planet’s biggest superstar DJs.

Iceleak Iceleak is an Italian-luxembourgish DJ/Producer duo. Iceleak’s songs have received support from Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Lost Frequencies, Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, , Mike Williams, Same Feldt, Lucas & Steve, Yves V and many more.
