TEEN MARION COUNTY COURT ALTERNATIVES

Marion County Teen Court is a for juveniles who have been charged with a law violation TEENTEEN for the first times. A youth can be referred to Teen Court by the COURT Department of Juvenile Justice and/or COURT the State’s Attorney’s Office. A youth cannot attend Teen Court without prior approval by the State Attorney. Teen Court meets in the Assembly Room at the Marion County Judicial Center on Tuesday afternoons from 4:00 PM until approximately 6:30 PM. There is now a $25.00 Teen Court participation fee. The fee must be paid in full within 60 days of the orientation Marion County meeting with the Teen Court Staff Court Alternatives member.
