Vasil Liparteliani – Chief Specialist of Analytical Department, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia. 2002-2006 Studied at the Academy of Physical Culture and Sport of Georgia, Specialty – Football Coach; 2007 graduated master’s degree at the Ukraine State University of Physical Culture and Sport, Specialty – Sports Management; Since 2007 studied post-graduate studies at the same university, Specialty – Olympic and Professional Sport; 2012 defended diploma work: “Role of external communication system in managing of the professional football clubs of Ukraine”; Author of several publications and works, among them “The role of communication in affective management of sport organizations” in Ukrainian and other foreign scientific magazines. Anatoli Korepanov – Conference Moderator; Chief Specialist, International Relations Division, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia. In 2003-2008 studies at the Diplomatic Academy of Georgia and graduated with honors from International Relations/Diplomacy, holds Master’s Degree. Since 2006 is a civil servant, has worked at numerous positions in public administration. He has solid experience in PR, social media & communications, public policy planning, analysis and implementation. Anatoli is representative of Georgia to the Council of Europe’s T-RV Standing Committee dealing with safety, security and service at mass sport events. He is co-author of handbook “This is NATO”, author of numerous articles on international security policy. In 2013 Anatoli drafted public policy document entitled “Establishing a Database for Facilitating Planning and Effective Implementation of the State sport policy”, published by the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies. He managed several projects financed by international organizations, among them is “Youth E-Services” sponsored by the UNICEF in Georgia. Alexandre (Davit) Telia – Professor, President of the Medical Centre of Postgraduate Education. 1972-78 studied at the Tbilisi Medical Institute, Faculty of Pediatrics. In 1984-1993 defended PhD and Doctoral dissertations; 1994 – 1996 worked as an associated professor at the allergology department, since 1996 as a professor, and since 2001 as the head of department; 2001-2003 conducted lectures as an invited lecturer in the department of computer technologies and computational methematics at Tbilisi State University; Member of Scientific Council of Sports Medicine; 2003-2005 director of Experimental and Clinical Reserch Institute at Tbilisi State Medical University; 2005-2006 rector of Tbilisi State Medical University; Since 2002 president of the Association of Physicians Postgraduate Education. Archil Kekelia – Director, Dinamo Tbilisi Football Academy. Specialty – engineer. 1983 started working in the Sports Constructions Department of Georgian Sports Committee as the chief engineer. Since 1988 worked as the chief engineer in the Central Sports Complex of Tennis Court, Vice-president of Leila Meskhi Tennis Academy, Project manager of “Georgian Tennis”. Since 2012 until today he is the Director of Dinamo Tbilisi Football Academy; Archil has solid experience the field of sports infrastructure (about 30 years). As a field expert he has participated in the implementation process of numerous sport projects. Since 2012 is the member of International Association of Sports Constructions. Rati Bregadze - Deputy Minister, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia. 2000-2005 - studied at Tbilisi State University, law faculty, Master's Degree; 2006-2007 - University of Hamburg, Law faculty, Master's Degree; 2008-2011 - University of Hamburg, Law faculty, doctoral candidacy; 2009-2011 - the leader of Konrad Adenauer foundation Fellows of Hamburg; 2011-2012 - Law firm "Mgaloblishvili, Kipiani, Dzidziguri" - Lawyer; Author of more than 10 articles on political and law issus; Since 2012 is an assistant-professor, Caucasus School of Law. Irakli Dolaberidze – Head of Sport Department, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia. 1994-1998 studied at the Academy of Physical Education and Sport (with honors), Speciality - Physical Education and Sport (karate coach, sports journalist); 1998-2001 – Post-graduate studies at the Academy of Physical Education and Sport; 1997-2008 – author of numerous scientific works and articles; 2001 – head of Master’s Degree Department at the State Academy of Physical Education and Sport. 2006 – head of Administration at the State Academy of Education and Sport of Georgia; 2007-2008 – Advisor of the rector at Ilia State University; 2010-2011- Sports expert, member of scientific-consultative group at the Sport and Youth Affairs Committee of the Georgian Parliament. Akaki Lodia - Deputy Minister, Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia. 1990-1995 studied at the Institute of International Relations of Tbilisi State University, Speciality - Marketing Management; 2000-2002 - Caucasus School of Business; Speciality - Finances; 2001-2002 Consultant on financial issues, LTD "Gama"; 2004-2005 Head of Finance department in the field of energetic projects, Ministry of Energy of Georgia; 2005-2006 Head of Economic Department, Ministry of Energy of Georgia; 2006-2008 General Director, "National Petroleum Company - SAKNAVTOBI"; 2009-2012 Adviser (economic issues) to the President of the Georgian Football Federation; 2012-2013 Head of Administrative Department; Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Georgia. ZoranVerovnik, Secretary, International Relations in Sport, Sport Department, Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia (MESS). After the disintegration of Yugoslavia in 1991 Verovnik has been employed at the ministry responsible for education, science, technology, youth and sport first at the Department of International Relations and then from 1994 onwards at the Sports Department being responsible international affairs in sports. Since 2003 he has been appointed by the government for the secretary of the National Committee for Bloudek Awards, the highest national awards in sports. At present he’s been holding that position for the fourth mandate; 2001-2003 he was elected for the Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Sport (CDDS) at the Council of Europe, Strasbourg; 2005-2006 he was besides UK, Estonia and Switzerland appointed by the Council of Europe as the representative of the Republic of Slovenia in the Committee for the Establishment of the EPAS (Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sports) as a successor to the CDDS.
