CONTRACTOR TO PHASE OPERATIONS TO MAINTAIN THE EXISTING 7. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE PAVEMENTS REMAIN CLEAN AND FREE OF FOREIGN AWOS OPERATIONAL TO THE GREATEST EXTENT POSSIBLE. THE AWOS MUST BE OPERATIONAL OBJECT DEBRIS (FOD) FROM THEIR CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS AT ALL TIMES.
