Implements the Geohazard Mapping and Assessment Program; conducts geological, geo-environmental and mineral exploration surveys; complements the Mine Management Division in the evaluation of areas to be declared as final mining areas, Mineral Reservations and Minahang Bayan; and provides geological and geo-scientific information and geotechnical services to other government agencies, mining contractors/permittees and general public.

Administrative and Finance Division. Provides general administrative services pertaining to human resource management, records, property and other forms of support to the operations; and renders budgeting, cashiering and accounting services.
