Brief assessment’s findings and planned response. ALERT AND ASSESSMENT Cause of displacement –Cleaning operation conducted by ANSF/by supporting IMF in Esakhil, Qati Aam, Wardak ha, Gharo Qishlaq, Do bandi villages of Char dara district as well Telawka area of Kunduz province on 18th march 2019 Displacement data – conflict areas to Kunduz province, Char Dara district and Telawka area of Kunduz province. Number of households assessed – 379 Number of households eligible under ERM assistance – 149 COORDINATED RESPONSE Food – WFP two-month food ration in-kind to all 149 households. NFIs – UNHCR to provide the NFI for all 149 households. Shelter – ADA/OXFAM will provide 3,000 AFN for all 149 households. Health – ADA/OXFAM will provide 4,000 AFN for all 149 households. Fuel – ADA/OXFAM will provide 4,000 AFN for all 149 households. Transportation – ADA/OXFAM will provide 1,000 AFN for all 149 households. WASH – DACAAR to provide wash kits and conduct wash activities to all 149 households. Protection – An airstrike conducted by international military forces on the night of Friday and Saturday in kunduz in support of pro- government forces on the ground killed 13 civilians and injured three more, UNAMA reminds all parties to the conflict to uphold their obligation under international law to protect civilians from harm, including their obligation to take all feasible precautions to avoid death or injury to civilians. Beside this our protection officer found one family that head of the household was killed in last operation in Char dara district, so we referred this case to Blumont office/COMAC program for additional support because they can cover such cases.
