For the content of the papers the only responsibles are the authors and the co-authors. 2 FORWARD Enhancing competitiveness has become, over the last decades, a primordial coordinate of socio-economic development strategies of most countries in the world. Sustainable development provides a framework for communities, where they can effectively use resources, create efficient infrastructures, protect and improve the quality of life and create new commercial activities to strengthen their economy. The relative importance of agriculture varies from one country to another, but it remains the main branch of the national economy in all the states, including the developed ones. The experience of the last decades has shown that the problems of the world economy can’t be solved by abstracting from agriculture. In most cases, agricultural production has effects on the environment, especially because of the modernization of this sector, which is why a positive relationship between agriculture and environment is necessary. It is necessary to continuously improve the management of agriculture and food industry, while maintaining the parameters of an optimal environment for human survival. Current policies and scientific literature highlight this need because at this moment we are facing a desirable future as natural resources are continually decreasing while the population continues to grow. In this context, the sixth edition of the Competitiveness of Agro-Food and Environmental Economy conference (CAFEE 2017), organized by the Faculty of Agro-food and Environmental Economics, at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies from Romania, addressed various topics in the area of sustainable development, agriculture, food industry and environmental economy. Specialists in the field have contributed to the organization and the development of CAFEE conference during the years. Among these, we will like to give special thanks to Professor Diego Begalli, Marek Wigier, Adam Wasilewski and Dimitre Nikolov for their exceptional contributions. Also, the scientific intake of foreign delegations: Polish, Serbian, Bulgarian, English, Italian, as well our Romanian colleagues, are giving the rise to increasingly debates with a multi-disciplinary approach and with different perspectives on the development of agriculture. So, this international scientific event provides support for the decision makers, business owners and experts by emphasizing

Sve ovo se povoljno odrazilo kako na optimalno vreme početka vegetacije tako i na patogene. Jedina agrotehnička opercija koja je radjena sa malim zakašnjenjem je zimska rezidba koja je završena u jednom delu zasada malo van optimalnog roka ali to nije imalo većeg uticaja na sveobuhvatni prinos i kvalitet. Početek drugog kvartala (01.04-20.04) se karakterisao suvim i toplim vremenom gde su se jutarnje temperature kretale oko 10 stepeni a dnevne i do 25. Ovo se raflektovalo na brže ali ne i ranije kretanje vegetacije pa se vrlo brzo javilo bubrenje pupoljaka i roze pup tako da je breskva bila u punom cvetanju već oko 5-10.04 a jabuka 15-20.04.

    www.danubefuture.eu [email protected] 2018 DANUBE:FUTURE INTERDISCIPLINARY SCHOOL (DIS) Project Management and Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development of the Regions in the Danube River Basin University of Ruse, Bulgaria September 9th – 16th, 2018 Call for application Regional development is an important topic for the countries in the Danube River Basin. It aligns with the priorities of the European territorial and cohesion policy and the European neighbourhood policy. The regions within the Danube River Basin are characterized by significant disproportions in their economic and social development. Some of them, e.g. those in the Lower Danube Region, are disadvantaged in comparison with the regions in the Upper Danube, but they have a good touristic potential with their unique natural assets and cultural heritage. The 2018DIS will familiarize participants with the specificity of regional developments within the Danube Macro-Region, as well as with the strengths and weaknesses of selected regions in the Danube River Basin to identify opportunities for cooperation in the area of entrepreneurship and project management. The DIS programme focuses on the theory and practice of project management and entrepreneurship as possible tools for overcoming the disparity between the regions in the EUSDR. The Danube:Future Interdisciplinary School (DIS) 2018 offers PhD-students and young scientists from member universities of the Danube Rector’s Conference (DRC) and the Alps-Adriatic Rector’s Conference (AARC) the opportunity to discuss the abovementioned issues and to develop research proposals within this broad context. The Danube:Future Interdisciplinary School offers a well- coordinated program of high-profile lectures, methodological inputs regarding interdisciplinarity and trans-disciplinarity, thematic excursions and professionally supervised working phases for writing project proposals.

    ANALIZA NAKNADA ODABRANOG JAVNOG PREDUZE ĆA ZA KORIŠ ĆENJE PRIRODNIH RESURSA 1 Sonja Đuri čin 2 Isidora Beraha 3 Duško Bodroža 4 Apstrakt Rad ima za cilj da ispita metodologije razvijanja sistema naknada i taksi za koriš ćenje prirodnih resursa i kretanja njihovih vrednosti u periodu 2008-2010. godine u odabranim javnim preduze ćima kako bi se utvrdila ekonomska i razvojna politika države u domenu upravljanja prirodnim vrednostima i zaštite životne sredine. Analiza razvijenog sistema naplate koriš ćenja obnovljivih, neobnovljivih i kontinualnih prirodnih resursa putem razli čitih vrsta ustanovljenih naknada i taksi ima za cilj da ispita funkcionalnost instrumenata koji regulišu ekonomske tokove u kojima korisnik prirodnih vrednosti pla ća naknadu za njihovo koriš ćenje i ujedno snosi troškove koji se javljaju kao posledica sanacije i rekultivisanja degradirane životne sredine. U tom smislu, osnovni predmet istraživanja je analiza visine naknada za odvodnjavanje, navodnjavanje, koriš ćenje vodoprivrednih objekata i vršenje drugih usluga u preduze ću Srbijavode i analiza tržišnih cena ulovljenih divlja či i njenih delova za lovni period u preduze ću Srbijašume.
