In the preseason opener vs. New England, he notched four punts for 187 yards (46.8 avg., 38.3 net), launching a long of 55 yards and pinning one punt inside of the 20-yard line. He also added a 37-yard field goal. In Week 2 at Houston, he punted twice for 84 yards (42.0 avg., 38.5 net) and added an extra point. In Week 3 vs. Buffalo, he punted three times for 137 yards (45.7 avg., 37.3 net), booming a MAKING THE RUNS COUNT 54-yarder and adding one extra point. Through three preseason games, the Lions have rushed 64 times for 267 yards (4.2 avg.).
