As a team player, I work hard and diligently to provide animation under fast paced schedules. I am also able to formalize solutions and opportunities to foresee potential liabilities, reduce risks, improve and optimize production workflow, management and overall welfare where they may be lacking. With this symbiotic approach to creativity and business management, I endure in the ability to analyse and assess a production, proactively providing insight, feedback, moral support and assistance to peers. I love the craft and am highly influenced and motivated by my fellow colleagues. These personal goals are aimed to improve quality and to streamline workflows, gaining hindsight where setbacks and wasted opportunity costs in ongoing productions may be experienced. Providing realistic key frame animation on hard surface, body mechanics and facials, and mocap clean-up on quick turnover projects for tv spot commercials and game trailers. Handled the shot distribution for one project across a small animation team based on skill level and time availability.
