The vote was 60 For and 9 Against. John Poulos, representing The Long Range Planning Committee (Steve Alex, Angelo Coutris, Harry Giallourakis, Manuel P Glynias, Ted Loizos, Tony Kazanas, Bill Pastis, Nick Petousis, John Poulos, Nick Pyros, Manuel Steffas, Steve Steffas) first gave a presentation of the proposal. The land in question was part of a 22-Acre Purchase in 1976, 5 Acres of which was sold in 2003. The average lot size of 1.25 acres will retail for $150,000 to $175,000, with development costs of $35,000 per lot. That is a 15% profit margin. (Maximum sell out at approximately $1,925,000.)
