Mitski Announces Additional Tour Dates

Austin City Limits Debut Tapes June 4th

Mitski is pleased to extend her tour in support of , her “most triumphant ​ ​ ​ record to date” (Pitchfork, #1 of the Year), released last summer via Dead Oceans. ​ ​ ​ ​ Mitski will tour cities not yet visited in support of Be The Cowboy, in addition to playing ​ ​ festivals across the globe. As part of this tour, Mitski will tape her debut performance for ​ Austin City Limits on June 4th. ACL TV will post on and Twitter about how to get ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ free passes a week before the taping. The broadcast episode will air on PBS later this year as part of ACL’s upcoming milestone Season 45.

Be The Cowboy was named the #1 album of the year by New York Magazine/Vulture, Esquire, ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ The Line of Best Fit, Consequence of Sound, FLOOD, and more. (Jon ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Pareles), NPR Music and SPIN placed the album at #2 on their best of 2018 lists, and it landed ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ at #3 on TIME’s list.
