Guarantor -When renting a residence, you usually must have a guarantor. -Most housing contracts include payment of reikin (key money), and shikikin (a security deposit), agent charge and residence insurance fee. Payment -There is usually a service fee (for common-area heating, lighting and cleaning) in addition to monthly rent. You must re-apply every year.
