Deposit / Cancellation Information A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $600 per person is required to secure the space and the remaining balance is due approx. 160 days prior to departure. The following change/cancellation policy applies, irrespective of resale of the space: Cancellation 159 to 120 days prior: 50% of the total package price + insurance + applicable air fee Cancellation 119 to 90 days prior: 75% of the total package price + insurance + applicable air fee Cancellation 89 days or less: 100% of the total package price + insurance + applicable air fee No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by you after the vacation start date.

FAQs What airport do I fly into and out of? Your guide will pick you up from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on your arrival day. Your flight should arrive no later than 1:00 p.m. At the end of your adventure, you will be transferred back to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). You may schedule a departure flight for anytime after breakfast. If you are adding nights after the festivities, then airport transfers will be on your own.

What type of theme park tickets do I receive during this adventure? You will receive a 4-Day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper® ticket. This ticket entitles Guests admittance to both Disneyland Resort theme parks over 4 days. This ticket will expire at the end of the day on your Departure Day and is not upgradable or transferrable.

What is the climate like? The Los Angeles area generally has dry, mild weather. Oct average temperatures: Highs in the mid 70s, lows in the mid 50s.

How strenuous are the activities? While this adventure is not considered physically strenuous, most days will include one or more hours of walking. The days at the Disneyland® Park will require walking and standing in line; however there are opportunities to rest.

What ages are appropriate for this adventure? This particular tour date is and Adults only adventure and is limited to guests age 18 and older only.

Can I take photographs when we go behind the scenes? Photography is restricted during certain parts of the trip. Restrictions on photography include, but are not limited to, the following venues: Walt Disney Imagineering, El Capitan Theater, The Jim Henson Company Studio, Walt Disney Studios, Disneyland® Park and at Disney's California Adventure® Park.

What if Adventures by Disney cancels the adventure prior to departure? Adventures by Disney reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an adventure at any time for any reason, such as if there are too few Guests or if the quality of the trip or the safety of the Guests would, in Disney’s opinion, be compromised, such as may result from unforeseen circumstances (acts of God) or other circumstances beyond Adventures by Disney's control.
