For several years, a married man was having an affair with an Italian woman. One night she told him that she was going to have a baby. Not wanting to ruin his reputation or his marriage, he paid her a large sum of money to return to Italy and secretly have the child. EASY DECADENT TRUFFLES
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 3 cups confectioner’s sugar 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the sugar until well blended. Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla until no streaks remain.
Refrigerate for about an hour or until firm enough to shape into balls. Makes 60.
