NEW YORK RANGERS PROSPECT REPORT: FEB. 10

1. Zachary Jones recorded four assists/points in two games during the past week. Jones tallied an assist on the game-winning on Feb. 7 vs. Providence and established a single-game collegiate career-high with three assists on Feb. 8 at Providence. The Rangers’ third round pick (68th overall) in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft has registered 18 points (three goals, 15 assists) in 27 games with UMass this season. Jones is tied for third among NCAA freshmen defensemen in assists and ranks fourth among NCAA freshmen defensemen in points in 2019-20.

2. Morgan Barron registered two goals and tied for the game-high with four shots on goal on Feb. 8 at Colgate, and he tallied an assist on Feb. 9 at Colgate. The Rangers’ sixth round pick (174th overall) in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft has registered 25 points (11 goals, 14 assists) and a plus-14 rating in 23 games with Cornell this season, helping the team post a 17-2-4 record thus far in 2019-20. Barron leads Cornell in several categories this season, including goals, points, and shots on goal (83), and he also ranks second in assists. In addition, Barron is tied for fifth among players in ECAC Hockey in goals per game (0.48) and ranks sixth among players in ECAC Hockey in points per game (1.09) this season.

The Rangers’ first round pick (28th overall) in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft has recorded 23 points (six goals, 17 assists) and a plus-18 rating in 32 SHL games with Lulea this season. Lundkvist’s 17 assists and 23 points this season are both the second-most by an SHL defenseman in his U20 season or younger in league history. Lundkvist has also registered 38 points (11 goals, 27 assists) and a plus-27 rating in 101 career SHL games; his 27 assists and 38 points are both the third-most by an SHL defenseman as a U20 player or younger in league history. In addition, his 0.72 points per game average thus far this season would be the best by an SHL defenseman as a U20 player or younger (min. 10 games played) in one season in league history. Lundkvist is tied for fifth in the SHL in plus/minus rating and ranks 15th in average ice time (20:19) this season. In addition, he ranks fifth among SHL defensemen in assists and points, and is tied for fourth among SHL defensemen in plus/minus rating in 2019-20.

He has registered 39 points (21 goals, 18 assists) in 49 games with the Wolf Pack in 2019-20, and he leads Hartford in goals, points, and shots on goal (153) this season. Lettieri has recorded 20 or more goals in each of his three full seasons in the AHL (2017-18 – 2019-20), and he is two goals away from tying his career-high (he registered 23 goals in both 2017-18 and 2018-19).

• K’Andre Miller registered a goal and recorded four shots on goal on Feb. 8 against . The Rangers’ first round pick (22nd overall) in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft is tied for sixth among NCAA defensemen in goals this season (seven). Since the start of last season, Miller has registered more points than any other NCAA defenseman as U20 player or younger (37), and his 12 goals since 2018-19 are tied for the second-most among NCAA defensemen who are in their U20 season or younger over the span.

• Matthew Robertson notched an assist and posted a plus-one rating on Feb. 7 against Red Deer. The Rangers’ second round pick (49th overall) in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft extended his assist/point streak to four games (one goal, five assists), and he has also tallied an assist/point in six of the last seven games (three goals, seven assists). Robertson has registered a point in 14 of his last 21 games,

recording 20 points (five goals, 15 assists) over the 21 contests. He has notched 35 points (11 goals, 24 assists) in 48 WHL games with Edmonton this season, and he has established WHL career-highs in goals and points in 2019-20. Robertson is tied for sixth among WHL defensemen in goals and is tied for 12th among WHL defensemen in points this season. Among WHL defensemen who are in their U19 season or younger, he ranks third in goals and is tied for third in points in 2019-20.

• Karl Henriksson helped Frolunda win the Champions Hockey League (CHL) in 2019-20 during the past week, as he recorded an assist on the game-winning goal in the Champions Hockey League Final on Feb. 4 against Mountfield HK. The Rangers’ second round pick (58th overall) in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft has tallied one assist/point in five SHL games with Frolunda this season, and he has also registered 30 points (five goals, 25 assists) and a plus-17 rating in 21 games with Frolunda’s J20 team in SuperElit this season.

• Tyler Wall earned a win in each of his two appearances during the past week. The Rangers’ sixth round pick (174th overall) in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft has posted a 15-5-5 record, along with a 2.09 GAA, a .932 SV%, and 2 SO in 25 appearances with UMass Lowell this season. Wall is tied for fifth in the NCAA in SV%, is tied for 10th in the NCAA in wins, and ranks 12th in the NCAA in GAA in 2019-20.

• Nico Gross tallied a goal and posted a plus-three rating on Feb. 7 vs. Sudbury. The Rangers’ fourth round pick (101st overall) in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft has registered 23 points (nine goals, 14 assists) in 41 OHL games with Oshawa this season. Gross has established OHL career-highs in goals and points this season (he notched three goals and 20 points in 56 games with Oshawa in 2018-19).

• Eric Ciccolini registered three assists/points in two games during the past week to help Michigan earn two wins against . The Rangers’ seventh round pick (205th overall) in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft has recorded seven points (one goal, six assists) in the last 11 games and 11 points (one goal, 10 assists) in 26 games as a freshman with Michigan this season. Ciccolini is tied for second on the team in assists in 2019-20.

• Hunter Skinner tallied two points (one goal, one assist) and posted a plus-two rating on Feb. 4 at Niagara, and he also posted a plus-two rating on Feb. 7 vs. Saginaw. The Rangers’ fourth round pick (112th overall) in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft has recorded six points (two goals, four assists) and a plus-six rating in the last seven games, and he has registered 30 points (five goals, 25 assists) and a plus-28 rating in 49 OHL games with London this season. Skinner is tied for 11th in the OHL – and is tied for third among OHL defensemen – in plus/minus rating in 2019-20.

Lindbom is one of only four who are in their U20 season or younger who have played in at least 10 games in Allsvenskan in 2019-20.

• Jacob Ragnarsson tallied two assists in Timra’s win against Karlskrona on Feb. 5. The Rangers’ third round pick (70th overall) in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft has registered nine points (one goal, eight assists) and a plus-six rating in 22 games with Timra in Allsvenskan this season. Ragnarsson ranks sixth among defensemen who are in their U21 season or younger in Allsvenskan in points per game in 2019- 20 (0.41).

• Riley Hughes tallied his first career collegiate assist, which was an assist on the game-winning goal, in Northeastern’s 3-1 win against Harvard in the Beanpot on Feb. 3.
