FALLS PARK, North Phillips Avenue. 5 p.m. Kickoff at Falls Park. 6:45 p.m. Fireworks over the falls. 7 to 9 p.m. Indoor concert featuring Surfin’ Safari at the Overlook Café. Seating is limited. Saturday, January 9 SPENCER PARK, Southwest side of South Cliff Avenue by I-229 9 a.m. Frosty Frolics 5K and 10K walk/run with free T-shirts to first 100 registrants. Register online, #370005*. FAMILY PARK, Near West 12th Street and Tea-Ellis Road 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Ice Fishing Frenzy, partnering with The Outdoor Campus. Coordination is not required, just a desire to move! Come join SFPR during Frosty Frolics for a full body workout where we will be sculpting your muscles in 30- and 60-second intervals.
