Ronnie’s Jungle Adventure Circuit - Story INTRO - Storyline / Warm up Join Ronnie the Rhino on his jungle adventure to help him discover the golden rugby ball to return to Emerald Stadium. On your quest to find the golden rugby ball you will encounter some challenges that require you to use 7 movements for a 30 second period. After consecutively using each movement you can have a 1-minute rest to have a drink and catch your breath back, then repeat to complete 4 rounds. Movement 1 - High Knees You and Ronnie will begin your journeys on the outskirts of the jungle which has very high bushes. You both will need to lift each knee as high as possible to get over and through to the entrance. Movement 2 - Squats After you pass the high jungle bushes Ronnie spots some flying predators above you. To avoid them you must squat down and up as many times as possible (to help, try sitting on an imaginary stool and standing back up again). Movement 3 - Single Leg Hops (2 each leg) A narrow escape from the flying predators leads you and Ronnie to a fast-flowing river which has steppingstones in the middle. To cross them you can use 2 hops per foot on each steppingstone to reach the wooden raft on the other side of the riverbank. Movement 4 - Burpees From the last stepping stone you both leap onto the wooden raft landing on your front, the raft begins to flow down the river. Above you are low branches and below you are fallen trees, to stay on the raft Ronnie has an idea of laying on the floor for the low branches, and then jumping as high as he can for the fallen trees. Movement 5 - Dance You both jump from the raft further down river, to come across an unknown jungle tribe. They will only let you go through their territory to get to the jungle cave entrance if you show them your best dances for 30 seconds long. The tribe are impressed by yours and Ronnie’s dance moves and show you to the narrow cave entrance. Movement 6 - Cave Crawl (Bear crawl) Ronnie senses you are both getting closer and closer to the golden rugby Ball. There is a small gap in the cave entrance which you must Bear crawl through, try not to use your knees and keep changing directions of which you’re both crawling (side to side, forwards and backwards) Movement 7 - Arm Stretches The golden rugby ball is now in sight after squeezing through the cave entrance! For the final movement you must climb the giant pile of rocks in the cave to grab the ball, Ronnie suggests doing this by stretching each arm as high as possible to get to the top.

Congratulations! You have helped Ronnie on his jungle adventure to find the golden rugby ball, now he will take the ball back to the Emerald to show to the Leeds Rhinos team to use on their matchday! Rest - Now take a well-earned 1-minute rest, have a sip of water and get yourself ready to go and complete the adventure again. Try get up to 4 rounds!
