It combines the experience of fine food with the immersive

narrative of a museum-class exhibition. It’s an opportunity

for clients to tell their stories through a meticulously crafted

menu, with fare created exclusively for their event. Inquire

GASTRONOMIC STORY TELLER

The Ayala Museum prides itself with having the country’s

top curatorial team, and the same pursuit of excellence is

reflected in our curated dinners. Chef Gilbert Pangilinan

is Á La Arte’s chief consultant. Holding degrees from the

Culinary Institute of America and the Asian Institute of

Management, he earned his vast culinary knowledge in

legendary kitchens such as the River Restaurant in London

and Nobu in New York. In the Philippines he is chef-owner of

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Package is exclusive of sound system, projector and furniture.

- The Museum hours are from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Fountain operation is inclusive of rental of the Museum Plaza. Daily

operations are from 12:00 NN to 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

- Pay parking is available at the Greenbelt 4 basement.
