This Big Sheet features Australia’s 40-22 win over the Barbarians at Cardiff in November 1988 and David has signed ten of these Limited Edition sheets. Household names in the Australian side include Campese, Lynagh, Farr-Jones, Lawton, Cutler and Tuynman. The Barbarians included Gavin Hastings, Rory Underwood, Jonathan Davies, David Sole, Bob Norster and current Scotland coach Andy Robinson, who scored a try. Incidentally David Campese scored two tries in this game. A must have for the rugby enthusiast. Donated by The Bill McLaren Foundation 3. SWISS CHALET Chalet Alpage is situated in the stunning Valais region of Switzerland in a mountain village called Anzere, in close proximity to the famous ski areas of Crans Montana, Verbier, Zermatt and Saas Fee and is under 2 hours from Geneva Airport. The chalet is ideal for two large families, consisting of 5 bedrooms (2 dble, 3 twin) sleeping a maximum of 10 people, all with en-suite shower rooms. The island kitchen, dining and living area is split level open plan and includes a log burning fire, Wi-Fi, cable TV, etc. A ski room with heated boot drying and a Jacuzzi are added luxuries. Anzere itself is a very friendly village and is family orientated, with a brand new ‘wellness centre’ including swimming pool, saunas, hammams, and treatments, etc. In the evenings there are various restaurants and bars to choose from. Anzere has its own ski area for all levels of skier, from beginner to the off-piste expert and in summer it is the perfect place for mountain biking, hiking, tennis and relaxation. From the chalet, the views across the Alps are to die for at any time of year.     Rugby legend and ex-RAF pilot Rory Underwood’s top tips on how to get your civilian career off to a flying start By Laura Joint for Equipped Magazine England’s record try scorer Rory Underwood MBE is a perfect example of how it’s possible to achieve success at the highest level in completely different environments. The former Leicester, Bedford, England and British & Irish Lions winger was an RAF pilot throughout his rugby years and successfully adapted his skills – such as teamwork and decision-making – so that they were equally effective whether on a rugby field or in an RAF jet. Rory has now transferred his skills to business, as boss of his performance consultancy firm, Wingman, based in Grantham. So he’s well placed when it comes to offering guidance on how to use and build your skillset, whatever the arena. The arena most of us associate Rory with, of course, is Twickenham. His 85 England caps spanned 12 years from 1984-1996. His debut, as a 20-year-old against Ireland, came only a year after his first game for Leicester – a club he was to play for until 1997. His international career also included all six British & Irish Lions Tests in the two tours to Australia and New Zealand in 1989 and 1993. In his 85 appearances for England he scored 49 tries – an England record that’s unlikely to be broken soon, if ever: “I can’t see it being broken in the near future,” Rory told Equipped. “There’s nobody currently playing who is anywhere near even second place in the list (Will Greenwood and Ben Cohen share second spot with 31 tries).
