Anderson Dam Tunnel Project 91864005 $198M January, 2021 The Anderson Dam Tunnel Project consist of, but not limited to, the construction of a tunnel, inlet works, outlet works, large Emergency Project diameter valves, discharge channel, realignment of the Anderson Force main and streambed modifications prior to the reconstruction and retrofitting of the Anderson Dam. The tunnels consist of a 400 ft long by 8 ft diameter “lake tap” upstream of the dam, 100 ft long MTBM Starter Tunnel which is connected to a 925 ft long by 24 ft horseshoe tunnel. The tunnel will Morgan Hill also house a 13 foot diameter steel pipeline within it. Discharge channel is estimated at 86 feet wide by 330 feet long riprap lined leading into Coyote Creek. Anderson Force main is estimated to be 530 feet long installed to avoid the outlet control structure. Valves include two (2) 132-inch fixed cone valves and 24 inch sleeve valve.

Upper Flood 26044002 $50M- $60M January, 2021 PHASE 2A: Construct approximately 2,300 linear feet of a horse-shoe-shaped underground tunnel 14-foot x 10 foot and Protection Project - Phase 2A: approximately 1,600 linear feet of twin 10 ft x 9 ft twin Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts (RCBs) upstream and downstream of South Santa Clara Reach 8A proposed tunnel. Construction will include traffic control, detours, utility relocations, utility coordination, and public outreach. County Duration: approximately 2.5 years Lower Calera Creek Flood 40174005 $18.9M - $24.2M January, 2021 This project constructs improvements along the Lower Calera Creek tributary as part of Lower Berryessa Creek, Phase 2 to Protection Projects accomplish the following objectives: Provide one-percent flood protection to homes, businesses, and public buildings in the San Jose surrounding area by building floodwalls, a u-frame channel, new maintenance roads along the low flow channel, and planting Milpitas native ripairian plants in the channel to enhance riparian habitat.

Lower Penitencia 40334005 $18M - $20M January, 2021 This project extends approximately one mile from the north at its confluence with Coyote Creek to San Andreas Drive. The project will widen the channel, construct floodwalls and levees and replace the existing levees. Work will also involve removal Milpitas and replacement wetlands. South County Recycled Water 91094009 $27M January, 2021 This project constructs approximately 19,300 feet of recycled water pipeline in South County and will connect South County Wastewater Pipeline Treatment Plant to the existing 12-inch and 36-inch recycled water pipeline. It includes four (4) jack and bore locations, micro-tunneling under and levee, corrosion control, and miscellaneous appurtenances such as butterfly valves, air release valves, and blow off Gilroy assemblies. Silicon Valley Advanced Water 93764004/ $400K-$450K February, 2021 This project constructs a 30 ft x 40 ft storage building with power, lighting, fire sprinklers and alarm system. Hale Creek Enhancement Pilot 26164001 $6M-$7M February, 2021 This project will remove approximately 650 ft. of concrete lined channel and replace it with a combination of steel sheet pile and soldier pile walls on both banks with a naturally lined bottom. A private vehicular bridge will be removed and replaced. Project Mountain View Work will also involve removal and replacement of trees and vegetation.
