Such matters shall be listed only in Additional Cause List. 8. Listed, Criminal Cases pertaining to Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly and Members of Legislative Council and Criminal Appeals up to the year 1990, shall be listed, in Additional Cause List, without requirement of Urgency Application(s). 9. Priority hearing of those cases wherein the proceedings of the trial court is stayed, which shall be listed without requirement of Urgency Application. 10. Urgency applications shall be placed before the Bench having jurisdiction over the matter, provided urgency applications in TU/PH matters shall be placed before the TU/PH Bench. 11. The Daily Cause List shall not be printed/published till further orders. 12. The High Court shall function in accordance with the Modalities and Arrangement dated 24.07.2020 as modified time to time for functioning of High Court during COVID-19.
