CAA Rookie of the Week (Feb. 22) Nina Cajic made history this week as she became the first-ever Towson women’s volleyball player to earn CAA Rookie of the Week honors in the month of February. Cajic contributed to Towson’s season-opening victory over Stony Brook. The freshman was second on the team with 12 kills, while posting a hitting percentage of .323. She also had six digs, two service aces and an assist as the Tigers defeated the Seawolves in straight sets (25-18, 25-15, 25-22).
