ABERMULE QUILTERS LINUS WORKSHOP & OPEN DAY

Sat 8th Feb 10am – 4pm Abermule Community Centre Coffee Morning, We are holding a workshop to make Linus Charity quilts using the Quilt As You Go technique. Fri 28th Feb 10am – 12pm

In addition, this will be an Open Day Abermule Community Centre S o do come along to meet existing members, try your hand at the art of patchwork and quilting ALL WELCOME (by hand or by machine) and enjoy a cup of tea.

Residents Survey :The Community Council conduct a residents survey every five years. Please take a few minutes to complete and return the survey enclosed with this Newsletter or available via the Community Council website At the same time the Community Centre are surveying residents on usage of the Centre and how they can improve facilities.

Millfield Association Land Trust: The Community Council are Trustees for this charity, responsible for maintenance of the green space between Felin Hafren and the Community Centre grounds. Works are scheduled including the cutting back and removal of trees, which are either encroaching on residents property or on the water course. Residents of adjoining property will be advised.
