In light of this, we have decided to continue on with other community building events to draw in the queer community and connect them in the Western New York and surrounding region! We feel that these events should interest a wide range of the community. We will continue to have game nights, but also bring in other activities or points of connection. For our next event, we will hold a poetry night on September 3rd during our normal meeting time, 5:30-7, at 31 Water St. Suite 7, Door 14, Jamestown NY. Anyone will be welcome to come and read poem whether original or not, or just to listen to others read. There will be time limits to allow everyone a chance to read, and we will allow for some mingling and discus- sion time as well. Any inquiries should go to Sheridan A. Smith, 716-490-4438 or [email protected] if you have questions regarding this event, future events, or the group in general.
