Notice is hereby given that the day of the Poll for Election of Members of the Internal Drainage Board for the several Electoral Districts of the above named Internal Drainage District will, if a Poll shall be necessary, be Monday 29th October 2018. 2. The number of Members of the Internal Drainage Board for the several Electoral districts are as follows: Electoral District / Number of Members A Amber Hill, Harts Grounds, Kirton Fen, Pelhams Lands, Frampton Fen, 1 Brothertoft, Wyberton Fen Great Hale, Little Hale, Heckington, Burton Pedwardine, Swineshead, B Asgarby, Howell, Ewerby, Evedon, Kirkby La Thorpre, Sleaford, South 2 Kyme, North Kyme Pointon, Sempringham, Billingborough, Horbling, Swaton,Helpringham, C Quarrington, Silk Wiloughby, Aswarby & Swarby, Spanby, Scredington, 1 Osbournby, Threekingham, D Bourne, Dowsby , Morton, Aslackby, Hacconby, Dunsby, Rippingale 2 E Quadring, Surfleet, Gosberton, Donington, Pinchbeck, 2 F Bicker, Swineshead, Swineshead & Wigtoft Marshes, Wigtoft 1 G Kirton, Frampton, Wyberton, Sutterton, Boston 2 3. Each candidate for election must be nominated in writing and the nomination paper must be sent to me so that it shall be received at Station Road, Swineshead not later than 12.00 noon on Monday 24th September 2018. 4. An elector may not sign more nomination papers than there are Members to be elected for the electoral districts of the Internal Drainage Board. 5. PE20 3PW NB: Votes at the election of members of an Internal Drainage Board may be given either personally or by a deputy. A deputy shall be appointed in writing by the appointee either generally or in relation to a particular election, but shall not be entitled to vote unless the instrument appointing him/her shall have been deposited at the offices of the Board not later than the last day fixed for the receipt of nominations. .
