Romstad has been with Simon nearly 20 years and has a wide breadth of experience. He served as mall manager at many key properties including Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Missouri and The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City in Arlington, Virginia. In 2003, Romstad was promoted to Regional Vice President of Simon's Mid-Atlantic mall region and subsequently oversaw four different regions comprising over 60 regional malls. He has also served as the property management point person on 15 mall renovations.
