My favorite quote by the Cherokee tribes “Don’t let yesterday use up too much of today.” It makes sense. A lot of things from yesterday or even from days ago bother us. Why let it stress us out? Live, laugh, love; don’t let the past ruin you. Goal Setting Editor: Shirley White Follow your dreams everyone! Don’t let anybody stop you for being who you want. If you want to be a doctor then study, if you want to be a football or basketball player then practice. Do not let people say you can’t do it! Because you will believe them! Make your dreams a reality. If anyone doubts you, prove them wrong! If your teacher says your dream won’t come true, prove them wrong! Study and make sure you prove them wrong! Now you may get stuck at one point in life thinking you can’t do anything or be anyone, that is completely false. It’s what you think that’s making you think like that. Even if your friends are doubting you saying they don’t believe in you, guess what? You show them that you can! You do everything you can to show everybody that doubted you they were wrong. Smile Pumpkin, you’re worth it! Make your dreams come true. Poetry Club Editor: Ke-Anna Logan
