Roll Call The IJF GS informs that after the Control of Nations, the IJF Credential Committee held a meeting to check the number of participating countries and concluded that the countries officially registered and entitled to participate to the congress are as follows: The IJF GS gives the number of Countries: Africa: : = 16 Asia: = 22 Europe: = 44 Oceania: = 05 Pan America: = 21 TOTAL: 108 countries participate to Congress The IJF GS reminds the congress delegates that according to Article 8.15 of the IJF Statutes “The chair person of the congress shall declare the official opening of the congress when at least half of the Member Federations are present or represented and when at least 3 different Continental Unions representatives are present”.
