The Secretariat has examined the credentials received from ICO Members listed in Annex I and has informed the Chairman of the Council that they were found to be in good and due form. The Chairman of the Council recommends that these credentials be approved. 2. The List of Delegations, based on the credentials which the Chairman recommends that the Council approve, is attached as Annex II and also contains a list of non-member countries, international organizations and private sector associations attending the Council as observers. Action The Council is requested to approve this report. ANNEX I 1. Credentials received from Members Angola, Brazil, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Colombia, Congo (Democratic Republic of), Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, European Union: (EU, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, and Spain), Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Rwanda, Switzerland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, United States of America, and Zimbabwe. 2. Non-member countries attending as observers Peru. 3. International organizations attending as observers Common Fund for Commodities (CFC), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and InterAfrican Coffee Organisation (IACO). 4. Private sector associations represented at this Session All Japan Coffee Association (AJCA), National Coffee Association of the USA (NCA), Regional Program for the Development and Modernization of the Coffee Industry in Central America, Panama, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica (PROMECAFE), and Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).
