Background

County Legislative Delegations are bipartisan groups of members of the and House of Representatives who represent each of Florida's 67 counties in Tallahassee.

The delegation is responsible for holding annual meetings in each county; developing the county's legislative program which includes all local bills, community appropriation requests and county and municipal legislative priorities; and serving as a liaison between the Florida Legislature and local governments and community organizations.

Note: The state is not officially required to maintain a calendar of legislative delegation meetings. LobbyTools gathers and assembles delegation meeting information from various sources including public notices in local newspapers, press releases, and county government resources. Because of this, meetings are subject to change or cancellation without notice; please confirm details with legislative staff.
