Frauke Nahrgang watches children very carefully and is interested in how they make contact, talk and communicate with each other. She chose drawing and painting as her focus of study at the Institution for Organization in Pforzheim. She then worked as a jewelry designer and illustrated title pages for children's books part time. His first children's book was a book of songs called "Die kleinen Krebse" (The Little Crabs), which was published in 1992. Erwin Grosche has already won many awards for his work. Among many distinctions, his books earned Grosche a spot on the short list for Austria's prize for children's and teen literature, as well as a silver medal for best children's book in 2004.
