Additionally, our district continued to transform classrooms and schools to meet the individual needs of our students. At this time, two-thirds of our schools are either charter schools or programs of choice, offering students learning experiences that are relevant to their interests and talents. It was not surprising that in January we were recognized as the fastest growing charter school district in the entire nation. Much remains to be accomplished. The planet is in the midst of unprecedented challenge and change. Businesses, public entities and communities desperately need people that have the ability to innovate and create new solutions for our ever-increasing complex world.
