The Three Rivers Kittanning Forrest Wood Cup anglers can fish irregular lengths of the Ohio, Allegheny and Monongahela rivers, but Ford City most of the Port of Pittsburgh surrounding The Point is banned. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will give them preference when locking through the seven locks included in competition waters.
