FIR Date 04/01/2020 PS Phone Brief Facts of the Case I submit that this is a case of death that occurred on 4-1-2020 prior to 14-30 hrs at KM No 176/27-29, in between Koduru-Anantharajupeta RS, and reported in the Renigunta RPS on same day at 15.00 hrs through death massage sent by K.V Rao, age 47 yrs s/o K Gururaja rao, Dy SS, Renigunta RS wherein unidentified male person aged about 60 yrs was found dead at up line track with severe bleeding injuries on his person and its seems to be accidentally he fallen from un known running train sustained injures and died on the spot. Basing on the complaint/death messsage M.V Anil Kumar, RPSI was registered the case, submitted FIR copies to all officers and endorsed to C.Subbaragavaiah RPHC.867
