Directions to the classroom Houston Airport System will provide morning and afternoon shuttle transportation for the duration of the training only (via their off-airport branded parking service “Ecopark”) to/from the Sheraton North Houston Hotel and the training venue.

Ground transportation The Sheraton North Houston Hotel is located two miles from IAH and from/to the airport offers complimentary 24-hour transportation to and from the terminals at 30-minute intervals. You may also take a taxi or other transportation network provider.

First day of class Arrive at the Houston Airport System Administrative offices no later than 8:30 a.m. daily. Warm breakfast provided! The Houston Airport System provided shuttle branded “Ecopark” will depart the Sheraton North Houston Hotel for the classroom at 8:15 a.m. daily.

Security clearance Not Applicable. Kindly note that your passport or government issued identification will be required for the airport tour.

*A group rate for the first ten reservations is available for $97 USD plus 17% tax. Mention “ACI Global Training”. Regular rate starts at $118 plus tax.

Reservation process ACI GT course participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations by contacting the above-mentioned hotel or making other arrangements. The hotel will offer the best available rate.

Local currency & exchange Money can be changed at banks and some hotels. Currency exchange is also available at IAH Terminals B, C, D & E. Proof of identity may be requested; therefore, it is advisable to carry government issued identification or a passport.

ATMs are available across town including shopping malls, petrol stations. The majority of hotels, shops and restaurants accept credit cards and international debit cards.

Traveller’s cheques are valid at banks, hotels, restaurants and some tourist-orientated shops. To avoid additional exchange rate charges, travellers are advised to take traveller's cheques in Pounds Sterling or US Dollars.
