Gustavus Adolphus College Campus Framework Plan St. Peter, Minnesota The Framework Plan examined land use patterns, building placement, open space networks, circulation systems and utility infrastructure. Elon University Athletics Master Plan Elon, North Carolina The master plan carefully considered opportunities for meaningful donor recognition. Circulation routes for pedestrians and vehicles were carefully conceived to reinforce a game-day pedestrian procession from campus to a new football stadium and to minimize conflicts. Saint Catherine’s School Master Plan Richmond, Virginia The master plan integrated facilities planning with the school’s adopted strategic plan and other institutional plans in order to make recommen- dations on space assignments and utilization with highest priority on the needs of the academic units and the student experience. Texas Tech University Athletic Facilities Planning and Programming Study Lubbock, Texas Ellerbe Becket, in association with MWM Architects, was retained to assist Texas Tech University in determining its athletic facilities expansion and renovation through a comprehensive programming and planning study. Yale University Payne Whitney Gymnasium Master Renovation Plan New Haven, Connecticut The result was a 15-year, 4-phase master renovation plan for the expansion, remodeling, and renovation of Yale’s 500,000 square feet primary indoor athletic and recreational facility. University of Notre Dame Athletics and Recreational Services Master Plan Notre Dame, Indiana The plan included an analysis of all outdoor athletic and recreational facilities, a facility audit of six major athletic buildings and a program study of the arena and convocation center. Southern Methodist University Athletics & Recreational Facilities Masterplan Dallas, Texas Ellerbe Becket was retained to assess Southern Methodist University’s athletic and recreational sports facilities. The result was a prioritized ‘road map’ leading the University through a step-by-step program which accommodates the long-term growth and changing needs of varsity and recreational sports on campus.
