Cast Bios

NIKKI DELOACH (Jessica) – Born in a small town in South Georgia, Nikki DeLoach always knw she wanted to be an entertainer. She started dancing at the age of three which led to singing, modeling, and eventually acting. All of her hard work paid off and at the young age of 12, DeLoach became a member of , alongside , , , and . After the show, DeLoach spent several years in Los Angeles pursuing acting where she starred opposite Mark Wahlberg and Bill Paxton in the movie “The Traveller,” and played Anthony LaPagilia’s daughter in “The Jimmy V Story,” and TV series like “Misery Loves Company.” Soon after, she was offered the opportunity to venture into the music industry. She signed to RCA and BMG records, and became a part of the 90’s girl group . Since then, DeLoach has gone on tot enjoy a successful and diverse career as an actress in Hollywood.

DeLoach most recently starred on MTV’s #1 scripted and crtically acclaimed series, “Awkward.” She was considered one of television’s “hottest moms” with her portrayal of Lacey Hamilton, the young and well-meaning mother of Jenna, the show’s focus. The weries has been praised by fans and critics alike, and has appeared on numerous “Best of TV Lists” including TV Guide’s Hot List, Variety, USA Today, Huffington Post, The New Yrok Times, and Time Magazine, to name a few. The series along with the cast was recnelty nominated for a Young Hollywood Award for Bingeworthy Television Show, as well as for a People’s Choice Award for Best Cable TV Comedy in 213.

Through she is perhaps best known for her role on Awkward and The Mickey Mouse Club, DeLoach is no stranger to television and film. DeLoach has recently been seen guest starring on hit shows “The Player,” “Castle,” “The Exes,” “NCIS,” and “.” She was also a series regular on the popular show “North Shore.” Other credits include guest roles on “CSI,” CSI: NY,” “Ringer,” “Major Crimes,” “Sirens,” “Cold Case,” “Mad Men,” and “Without a Trace,” t name just a few. Some of DeLoach’s most recent films include “A Kind of Lessons” opposite Maggie Grace and Hal Holbrook, and the French comedy “Hollywoo.” She also starred in the Hallmark Channel original movies “Christmas Land,” and “A Dream of Christmas.”

Outside of acting, DeLoach is dedicated to sharing her passions and ideas and others. She co- founded iWe (Women Supporting Women in Entertainment), an organization that is very close to her heart. She is also very well-versed in current events and enjoys sharing her views on politics and pop-culture as a guest panelist with “The Young Turks Networks” and “Dr. Drew on Call.” DeLoach shares her love for acting by coaching at the renowned Warner Laughlin Studios.

ANDREW W. WALKER (Chase) – Andrew Walker started his acting career in Montreal as a recurring lead on the series “Student Bodies” from 1996-1997, and then was cast as a series lead on “Back to Sherwood” and “Radio Active.” Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, he was cast as a series lead on The WB’s “Maybe It’s Me” and later on “Sabrina the Teenage Witch.” Walker then appeared in the Lifetime movies “Wicked Minds” and “Lies and Deception” and later the ABC show “Hot Properties.”

Andrew was a series lead on the Lifetime series “Against the Wall” and also guest starred on hit TV shows, including “ER,” “CSI: Miami,” “CSI: New York,” “Without a Trace,” “Big Bang Theory,” and the Hallmark Channel’s series “When Calls The Heart.”

Andrew won the Borsos Award at the Whistler Film Festival for his performance in the feature film “Steel Toes” alongside Academy Award nominee David Strathairn. Recent feature film credits include the lead in “Loaded" and “Penthouse North" opposite Michelle Monaghan and Michael Keaton as well as a supporting role in the TV film “Wedding Planner Mystery." He also starred as the lead in four recent Hallmark movies: “Dashing Through the Snow,” “Appetite for Love," “Date With Love,” and “Love on Ice." He can next be seen starring in the Harold Cronk (“God’s Not Dead") feature “God Bless the Broken Road."
