The Vision and associated Strategy will focus on increasing the numbers of young girls and ladies playing golf and providing a wide range of high quality player centred programmes by highly skilled coaches, staff and volunteers. In this Strategy we are committed to delivering results with this funding by increasing the numbers of players and improving their skills development. I am confident that this Vision, through the associated Strategy and its Action Plan, will be delivered successfully by 2018. INTRODUCTION The landscape of Irish Ladies Golf has changed greatly over the past decade in relation to all aspects of the game from grass roots, retention through to development, performance and the professional game.
