A MEETING of the congregation of u'pper C held in Channing Hall on the 18th of July, I the presidency of Mr. Michael Joseph Hunter, senior Trustee, when it was resolved that, in view of the bicentennial of the building of the chapel, a history of this place of worship be ' prepared and published in 1900.
