General All orders accepted by Keswick Wholesale Ltd are subject to the terms and conditions of sale outlined below.
Disclaimer All descriptions and illustrations contained in our catalogue and on our website are intended to give a general guide to the products and as such specifications may be subject to minor variation. Whilst the information we provide relating to product design, specification and colour is accurate at the time of publication, we reserve the right to amend specifications and pricing without prior notice. We endeavour to update the information as soon as is practically possible but accept no responsibility for changes or improvements made by our suppliers which have not been brought to our attention prior to publication.
Orders & Delivery Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail or directly with our representative. Deliveries within our local area are free of charge and not subject to a minimum order value. Deliveries to the rest of the UK mainland are subject to the following conditions: ● Orders over £200 plus vat will be carriage paid. ● Orders for less than £200 plus vat will have carriage charged at cost. ● Deliveries outside our carrier's standard rate areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands) will also have carriage charge at cost unless pre-agreed with the customer. ● Orders must be placed before 10:00 am to ensure a next day delivery service, subject to stock availability. ● APC is the preferred provider. Keswick Wholesale reserve the right to use an alternative carrier at their discretion. Any claims for shortages or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellation A customer has the right to cancel any contract for goods made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions providing: ● The cancellation request is not for items ordered specifically for the customer. ● The cancellation is received in writing within 7 days from delivery of the goods either by post to the business address or by e-mail to [email protected] If a notice of cancellation is received by Keswick Wholesale Ltd, in accordance with the above terms, the customer shall become liable to return the goods to the company forthwith, to such address as directed by the company and preferably in the original packaging. The product must be unused and in original condition. The Buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with the return of the goods. If the customer fails to return the goods within 14 days of the cancellation of the contract, Keswick Wholesale Ltd shall be entitled to collect the goods from the customer and to recover any costs directly associated with such collection. On satisfactory receipt and inspection of the cancelled goods Keswick Wholesale Ltd will refund any monies owing to the customer in respect of those goods within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the contract.
Return of goods Return of goods for any reason other than contract cancellation must have prior written authorisation from Keswick Wholesale Ltd. Keswick Wholesale Ltd will be responsible for the collection of Goods reported as faulty or damaged unless otherwise agreed. Providing the returned goods are received in the new/unused condition as supplied, a full refund will be given. Goods returned under warranty may be subject to the jurisdiction of our suppliers before any reimbursement or replacement is effected.
Payment A priced Delivery Note will be issued with all goods supplied. A Vat Invoice will be issued at the end of the month alongside a Customer Statement. Payments can be made in Cash directly to us or alternatively by Cheque or Bank Transfer (BACS) within 30 days, unless specific payment terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to pass on any bank charges incurred through the submission of dishonoured cheques. Keswick Wholesale Ltd reserve the right of ownership to all goods until paid for in full by the customer.
Privacy Policy Any information collected by Keswick Wholesale Ltd (including e-mail addresses) will be for the sole use of meeting the requirements of our Customers. This information will not be shared or sold to any third party. Keswick Wholesale Ltd will not be responsible for privacy issues of any website linked to our site. Keswick Wholesale Ltd will treat with utmost security any personal information provided.
