Basle Lavery and Trey Yetter each took a quarter in the cage. Lavery made five saves. • Wenger was honored by the conference for his 11-save effort that helped E-town knock off Catholic, 8-4, last Home games in BOLD CAPS Saturday. The senior goalie from Kingsville, Md., leads the league and ranks third in the nation with a 5.00 goals against average. He’s been a huge reason, along with a stellar defense, that the Jays ranked third in the country in * Landmark Conference game scoring defense coming into the week. % at Myrtle Beach, S.C. • This is just the second meeting between E-town and USMMA. The Blue Jays won 10-4 last year in their season opener. • The Blue Jays return to Wolf Field Wednesday for their final regular season non-conference game.
