1. Approving the selement of claims asserted in Approved Lucas McDonough v. Clion Toles, et. al., U.S. District Court File No. 19-CV-2238 (PJS/TNL); and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company v. Clion Toles et al, U.S. District Court File No. 19-CV- 03185 (PJS/TNL), pursuant to the following terms: 1. The City of Minneapolis shall pay to Lucas McDonough and his aorneys $925,000 no later than December 21, 2020; 2. Clion Toles and State Farm shall pay to Plainff $75,000 no later than December 21, 2020; 3. Lucas McDonough, City of Minneapolis, Clion Toles, Kaa Toles, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company each mutually release one another from any and all claims related to these lawsuits, with the sole excepon that Clion Toles does not release his claim for aorney’s fees and costs solely in the Minnesota Office of Administrave Hearings, Docket No. 5-6010- 36662 maer, which may proceed; and 4.
