GAP REASON 01/10 /2006 TO 14 /03 /2007 I resigned from A J Hospital and Research center and I started IELTS course and unfortunately I couldn’t attend my exam because of some personnel issues. Then I joined in ASIAN HEART INSTITUTE on 15/03/2007. 27/06/2010 TO 31 /07 /2012 I resigned from BCJ Hospital and Asha Parekh Research Center and I searched for a new job and I couldn’t find an employer. Then I was taking care of my father in law as he was sick and alone. After that I decided to join for PBBSN course and I started my course on 01 /08 /2012. 01 /08 /2014 TO 09 /04 /2018 After my PBBSN course I got pregnant again and I was in complete rest up to my delivery. I delivered my second baby on 30 /05 / 2015.Then I was taking care for my baby for 2.6 year .Then I searched for a job and I god a job offer from Bavasons Archana Hospital and I joined there on 10 /04 /2018. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess patient needs and condition Collaborative with other health care team members in planning and providing safe and comprehensive care Performs procedure accurately and safely according to hospital policy. Function quickly and effectively in an emergency situation. Assist the doctor and carry out orders and prescribed treatment including administration of medication as per hospital policy.
